While part of me was disappointed because I was eager to see this story’s climactic ending, I was also excited at the prospect of another wonderful book. About half way through, I fell upon an Instagram post with Elise’s cover reveal of her fourth book called, Water’s Wrath. To my naive knowledge, I thought this book was the end to a trilogy. The stakes have never been higher as the Emperor maintains his iron grip on her fate, holding everything Vhalla still has left to lose in the balance. The choices before Vhalla are no longer servitude or freedom, they are servitude or death.
